My Mum passed away last year and we were fortunate to have a similar charity down the road and were able to keep her at home. There is such a thing as a good death, where you have done your very best for your loved ones. 💕

My father also passed away earlier this year, Sue Ryder palliative care team were amazing with the family and cared so well for my father who was able to stay at home too. It’s a fantastic tribute, Your house looks amazing I pass it everyday. x
